This night-blooming cereus has really captured my attention. Enough that I went out at 4:40 am to try again. Only one of the buds had bloomed since I was there about 6 hours earlier. I think tonight or tomorrow there will be about 10 blooms, but I will be in Yuma, far to the south. Rats! But such a nice memory with these nocturnal wonders.

When the bees came, all of the sudden, about 5:30 am, I was able to get two photos that are clear enough to see, here.
